‘Development of solar energy is one of the development priorities in our energy sector taking into consideration the drastic decrease in world prices and capital investments, but we are sure that we will be able to get a competitive tariff in our system. In this regard, we have run negotiations with numerous investors over recent years. We reached a decision that the best way to get the cheapest and most competitive tariff is tender. We will present the investment package, which we are offering, so as investors can come and take part in the tender,’
