Neosun Energy proudly participated and won in the Business Regatta 2025 on the Volga River 6 August 2025. The event brought together more than 50 leading entrepreneurs, corporate executives, investors, and industry professionals for a unique combination of sport, networking, and team-building on the open water.
The competition took place in several stages, with the winner determined based on the overall results. After the end of the sports competition, the flotilla participants spent the entire evening with themed business activities.

But taking part in the regatta is not just about competition — it’s about leadership, resilience, and building real human connections outside the boardroom ” — shared his impressions of CEO of NEOSUN Energy Ilya Likhov.
NEOSUN Energy entered the race and competed across 5 stages (per 20 minutes for each) among 8 teams with different levels of preparedness, demonstrating teamwork, adaptability, and a winning mindset. The NEOSUN team did not lead in every stage of the competition, but ultimately emerged victorious, demonstrating the importance of fortitude and systematic vision over the long haul!
“This was our first participation in the regatta and we did not expect that it would be so exciting! The NEOSUN team demonstrated fortitude and the ability to work together ! Our results showed that cohesion and motivation can be more important than experience in a particular activity. We will definitely participate in more such competitions: on board the yacht, it becomes so clear who is really ready to give their all for the common result, and who is just passing the time. Such activities allow you to build an effective team for business, focused on winning in all areas! ” – commented Ilya Likhov.
The regatta proved to be more than just a sporting event — it served as a powerful platform for informal communication, trust-building, and forging new business relationships and inspiration for business visionaries.
