Neosun Energy Pakistan started installation with the project of 367 kW Commercial Solar Station in Sheikhupura. Recently the company signed the contract with Trust Fiber LTD. The project, consisting of almost 600 Solar Panels (615Wp), will show 448 Mwh annual Generation.
“This Solar Station will reduce the Trust Fibre Unit-I Electricity Bill to Zero”, – emphasized Junaid Kabir, the Head of Sales at Neosun Energy Pakistan and shared the first photos from the project site.
“The impact of this solar power plant will not only be on the overall country’s Environment but will also help the business make profit and reduce the burden of it from consumers pocket. The most important factor behind an expensive product is the cost of energy consumed in making the product. But once solar comes into the fold the price of electricity is dealt with once in for all resulting in a cheaper product which makes it a win-win scenario for both manufacturer and consumer”, – shared Junaid Kabir.

This year Neosun Energy has established branches in Karachi and Lahore, expanding its services for the region with the multiple completed projects. This move aims to provide commercial solar panels and energy storage solutions with capacities ranging from 200kW to 10MW for local commercial and industrial projects. In just a few months, the Neosun Pakistan team has already successfully completed multiple projects in the region.
“The main challenge in Pakistan’s energy sector today is the increasing cost of electricity, which has prompted a growing number of citizens to transition to alternative energy sources like solar power.
As electricity tariffs and fixed charges continue to rise, many have found that relying on the national grid is becoming increasingly unaffordable. This has led to a significant increase in the number of people using renewable sources of energy, with users growing from 60,000 to 200,000 over the past year, – shared CEO of Neosun Energy Ilya Likhov.
As more households and businesses shift to alternative energy, the demand on the traditional grid decreases, leading to higher costs for those who remain on it. This is because the cost of maintaining the grid and covering fixed expenses must be distributed among a shrinking base of consumers, causing their bills to rise even further.
Being the cheapest form of energy generation, solar energy presents a potential solution to this problem in the region by offering a more sustainable and cost-effective option. It reduces dependency on the national grid, helping to alleviate the pressure on both the grid and those still dependent on it. Additionally, solar energy can provide a more stable and predictable energy source, allowing consumers to avoid the fluctuating and rising costs of traditional electricity tariffs.

Neosun Energy is entering this region with a wealth of international experience and standards that enable us to deliver high quality of service. Furthermore, Neosun’s extensive portfolio of projects worldwide allows us to offer competitive, low pricing. This scale of operations positions us to be very competitive in the local market, providing excellent value to the clients”, – emphasized Ilya Likhov.
